Terms of Use.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You must provide accurate information, maintain one genuine account unless Promo Junkie authorizes another, keep credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Site owners registering for Junkie Cross-Promo represent that they own the participating site or have authority to bind its operator. Accounts, usernames, tokens, access keys, and partner credentials may not be sold, transferred, shared, scraped, or used to impersonate another person or organization.

2. Testing and service changes

Promo Junkie is an evolving platform. Features identified as testing, beta, preview, connector readiness, under construction, or coming soon may change, pause, reset, or be withdrawn. Test data and simulated activity are not guaranteed to become permanent or payable. We may modify interfaces, eligibility rules, timers, limits, reward values, ad formats, and integrations to improve safety and operation.

3. Promotions and advertising

You retain responsibility for every headline, image, link, claim, offer, email swipe, profile, and destination you submit. Content must be truthful, clearly presented, lawful, and safe. You must possess all necessary rights and disclose material terms, endorsements, affiliate relationships, and limitations.

You may not promote malware, phishing, credential theft, deceptive earnings claims, unlawful products, hate or harassment, sexual exploitation, copyright infringement, impersonation, forced downloads, hidden redirects, auto-triggered actions, misleading countdowns, or pages designed to defeat browser or platform security. Promo Junkie may review, reject, edit with administrative authority, pause, de-fund, or remove content and may require proof supporting a claim.

Impressions, clicks, views, and placement are not guaranteed. Delivery depends on inventory, eligibility, member activity, funding, moderation, scheduling, browser behavior, third-party availability, and fraud controls. Third-party sites may block framing; the Service may offer a safe external opening method when available.

4. Points, ad credit, tokens, games, and balances

Points, advertising credit, badges, tokens, board spaces, tickets, streaks, votes, spins, and similar benefits are limited platform features—not bank deposits, securities, stored-value accounts, or property. They have no cash value unless a specific feature expressly permits a withdrawal or commission payment under the rules displayed for that feature.

Rewards are earned only through valid, human activity and may be limited, delayed, reversed, corrected, expired, or withheld for duplicate activity, errors, chargebacks, abuse, ineligible traffic, incomplete Cross-Promos, or security review. Random games are promotional entertainment; odds and availability may change, no purchase is necessary where stated, and a displayed result remains subject to server validation.

Automated viewing, bots, scripts, click farms, coordinated manipulation, account sharing, challenge bypassing, false completions, repeated self-referrals, or exploiting a defect are prohibited. Purchased points may be excluded from drawings or other features as disclosed in the Service.

5. Purchases, bookings, and refunds

Prices, durations, dates, inventory, and included benefits appear before purchase. You authorize the selected payment method and confirm that billing information is accurate. Scheduled or delivered advertising is generally non-refundable once its reserved period or delivery begins, except where required by law or where Promo Junkie confirms a billing or delivery error. Contact Support promptly about a disputed charge. Chargebacks filed in bad faith may result in account restriction.

6. Junkie Cross-Promo partners and connectors

Partners must identify their site and script accurately, protect site keys, use only approved connector packages, follow installation instructions, and keep their integration secure and current. Keys are site-specific, revocable, and may not be embedded in public pages or shared. Partners may not fabricate member activity, completion signals, reward receipts, or campaign data.

A Cross-Promo is complete only after all required participating sites report valid completion and Promo Junkie accepts the completion lock. Neither Promo Junkie nor a partner site may release the configured campaign reward early. Connector events may be rejected for invalid signatures, replays, expired timestamps, mismatched identities, unavailable sites, or fraud indicators.

Partner sites are independently operated. Promo Junkie does not control their content, security, availability, purchases, or local rewards. Participation does not create an agency, employment, franchise, joint venture, or endorsement relationship.

7. Referrals, email, and community conduct

Referral and affiliate promotions must be honest, permission-based, and compliant with applicable advertising and email rules. Do not send spam, use harvested lists, hide your identity, make guaranteed-income claims, or misrepresent Promo Junkie. Community posts, reports, profiles, and support requests must not threaten, harass, expose private information, or disrupt the Service.

8. Intellectual property and license

Promo Junkie branding, artwork, interface, code, game designs, documentation, and original content are protected. Except for approved affiliate creatives, you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, remove ownership notices, or create confusingly similar services from them. You grant Promo Junkie a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, resize, display, distribute, and moderate content you submit solely to operate and promote the Service. You represent that you have authority to grant this license.

9. Enforcement and termination

We may investigate activity, preserve evidence, limit features, suspend delivery, freeze disputed balances, reject connector traffic, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect members, partners, the Service, or the law. Serious fraud, security threats, malware, impersonation, or repeated violations may result in immediate termination. You may request account deletion through available account controls, subject to necessary fraud, financial, security, and legal retention.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Promo Junkie does not promise uninterrupted operation, specific traffic, clicks, sales, earnings, rankings, rewards, partner performance, or compatibility with every external script. You use third-party links and partner sites at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promo Junkie and its owner, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid Promo Junkie during the six months preceding the claim or US $50. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Promo Junkie and its owner from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your content, site, connector, unlawful conduct, infringement, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Georgia law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact Support and allow 30 days for a good-faith informal resolution. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Georgia. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights or a government agency’s authority.

13. Updates and contact

We may update these Terms as features and laws change. Material updates will be posted with a new effective date and may require renewed acceptance. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Questions, legal notices, or disputes should be submitted through the Promo Junkie Support Center. Include your account username and enough detail to identify the issue, but never send a password or secret connector key.
