Promo Junkie collects the information needed to provide and secure member accounts, including username, email address, password hash, consent records, and account activity.

Security records

IP addresses and login identifiers are stored as keyed hashes where practical. Passwords and one-use verification tokens are never stored in readable form.

How data is used

Account data is used for authentication, verification emails, fraud prevention, rewards, support, and operation of the platform.

Email choices

Members can unsubscribe from optional referral, commission, community, and future marketing messages in Account Settings. Account verification, password recovery, important security events, and account-deletion confirmations are transactional messages required to operate and protect the account.

Account deletion

Members can submit an authenticated deletion request from Account Settings. Account access and ordinary public use are disabled immediately, and the request is placed in the administrator privacy queue. Limited security, fraud-prevention, financial, commission, and audit records may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required.

This policy remains a draft for owner and qualified legal review. Exact retention periods, jurisdiction-specific rights, cookies, processors, and contact information must be finalized before public launch.
